Hgince may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time for security purposes. This may require submitting a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving license. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Hgince may request identity documents at any time for age verification. Accounts registered with a false date of birth will be suspended and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit

All bets on hgince are final once confirmed and cannot be changed. Bets cannot be cancelled after they are accepted, unless hgince itself cancels the match or game in question.

Sports Betting

• Payouts are processed once match results have been confirmed from official sources
• If a match is suspended due to a technical issue, hgince will decide whether to keep or void the affected bets.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a data feed error, hgince reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Casino & Slots

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG

• Winnings during a software malfunction will not be paid out

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hgince and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Bonus system abuse (bonus abuse, arbitrage)
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs for an unfair advantage
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Sharing your account with another user
• Abusing or threatening hgince staff
• Creating an account using false information

Hgince may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time and for any reason. Common reasons include:

• Terms Violation
• Identity Verification Failure
• Suspicious Activity
• At your own request (self-exclusion)
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

If an account is closed, any valid balance is generally refunded; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of closure due to a terms violation.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team.
